We are looking for assistant production manager.

Aranan Nitelikler

• A good level of English, verbal& written; Turkish native, Russian language is a plus
• Driving license, B category
• Geological or Mining University graduate
• Willing to relocate (to Genc, Bingol Region)
• Willing to learn& develop within the Company, available for long term prospects
• Basic understanding of government regulations and specific field requirements
• Tasks and responsibilities
• Help the Plant Manager plan and direct the daily operations of the quarry and the production facility, including financial responsibility, supervision, and development of staff, production efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations
• Identify, assess, and resolve employee issues on all job-related matters, within the limits of personal knowledge and experience
• Prepare an operational schedule and coordinate production activities, with direct instructions from the production manager
• Identify key inventory items needed for maintenance projects and manage inventory, based on production targets and production schedule
• Interact with governmental/ regulatory agencies, and suppliers, exclusively based on directions of the Plant Manager, and other Management Personnel
• Ensure accuracy of all mine and production reporting
• Ensure plant and mobile equipment are kept in good and safe working condition, through supervision; notify management personnel whenever these conditions are not met
• Work together with the maintenance department to determine optimal times for production equipment repairs; help troubleshoot and resolve operational, and maintenance problems, based on personal knowledge and experience, and management directions
• Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of company guidelines, help in conducting training and monitoring compliance.
• Cooperate and help other departments and contractors to resolve problems and co-ordinate activities, within designated limits of the job
• Help the manager to oversee the safety of the production or quarrying operations, according to legal requirements
• Materials and supplies purchase: offer requests, suppliers negotiations, contracting, payment
