We are looking for Team Leaders/Supervisors with 2 years of experience in the Sales and Customer Service Area of local/multinational companies and used to manage sales or customer service teams of around 30/40 people. The overall goal of the position is to direct and lead the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals. Ideally we are looking for a candidate from industries as retail, hotels, customer service, financial services, sales, etc.

The position will be based in İstanbul Grand Airport (İGA) where will be located our exchange offices.

These are the key responsibilities of the position:
• Responsible for daily sales activities in order to achieve company sales and profits target.
• Monitor team members, supervise the daily sales activity.
• Organize the working hours of the team.
• Guarantee the quality of the service.
• Assist the on-site responsible to manage and motivate frontline staff to provide the highest quality of customer service and achieve sales target.
