Finance Manager

FINANCE MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare cost and general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, budgets and external reporting.
• Prepare management account
• Overseas accounting operations of the firm
• Regular budget consolidation
• Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
• Keep and analyse financial reports
• Communicating or dealing with vendors regarding invoices, etc.
• Collecting vendor invoices, and all other documents related to accounts and monthly book closing
• Assist with other accounting and admin works as required
• Monthly checking of tax payment status in the tax website
• Checking annual payables or annual duties and payment deadlines to TK government/offices
