Executive Assistant

TBWA\Istanbul is looking for an Executive Assistant that will join our fast paced, young, energitic environment and assist our CEO at both business and personal levels.

High level of scheduling, prioritizing, task management, and follow up of CEO’s agenda and meetings,
Managing complex travel and meeting organisations,
Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors,
Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations,
Acting as a Personal Assistant when asked,
Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs,

• ● University degree from a related field,
• ● Fluent in written and spoken English,
• ● Excellent command of computer skills, specifically proficient in MS Office applications.
