CFO

Directly responsible for the month end close for the business, quarterly reporting and the preparation of the annual financial statements;
Preparation of the monthly management reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet and forecasts as well as weekly internal reporting requirements;
Preparation of Annual Budgets and be a part of setting the business strategy, in consultation with General Manager;
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the months result and future strategy of the business;
Liaise with Department Heads as to cost effective measures to enhance their department's profitability;
Manage all tax and associated legal requirements for the business including the preparation of all tax documentation;
Play a leading financial role in the implementation of merger and acquisition opportunities as they arise.

Aranan Nitelikler

• ● Minimum Bachelor's or Masters degree in accounting, finance, business administration or economics;
• ● Qualified Financial Director with a minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in a medium sized corporate entity;
• ● Experience and knowledge in production sector especially at multinational environment;
• ● Fluent in English;
• ● Commercial and business acumen;
• ● Comfortable in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholder;
• ● Highly structured and organized with an analytic and able to manage within tight time frames.
