• Necessary Skills
• Good understanding of IT organizations and agile organizations
• Good understanding of IT frameworks such as ITIL, Scrum, SAFe
• Good understanding of SLAs and monitoring of IT products (applications)
• Certification in agile methods (e.g. certified Scrum Master or Product Owner)
• Practical experiences in monitoring
• Can do attitude toward new challenges and to create new and optimize existing concepts
• Familiar with IT product lifecycle, i.e. knowing all process steps for new system development
• Basic-knowledge of IT Systems – Standard systems such as SAP as well as bespoke systems e.g. with a Micro services architecture
• Good understanding of IT Services, IT Service Management, SLAs, and Monitoring
• High proficiency with MS Office tools, Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Good communication skills and proactive engagement in topics
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Optional: knowledge of German language
• Tasks and Responsibilities
• Develop ideas how to measure the maturity of software systems and degree of technical debts
• Communicating with Product Owner to enlighten them with our ideas
• Evaluates and reports the results of the questionnaire
• Track status, initiate meetings to drive progress
• Traveling to Stuttgart, Germany or Munich, Germany for on-site workshops (3-5 days per Month)
• Your background
• 3-7 Years professional experience
• thereof 2 Years consulting experience
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or a related field (e.g. Engineering), PhD is a plus with good results (Top 10% of class)
